Ms. McCormack,

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a great help Robin Fillion was during our Medicaid applications process. She kept in contact with me and was a great help during a very difficult process. Even though my mother passed away during the application process, Robin still treated me as a top priority.

Thank you once again for having such a caring employee. I have already recommended your company to several other people who may need your services in the future.

Dear Debi,

My sister and I were very pleased to receive your notice that our aunt Miriam's Medicaid application was approved. You were extremely helpful to us in the processing and forwarding of this application. We are both very grateful to you for all of your efforts and for your assistance in carrying the procedure through for us.

We're glad to report that Miriam continues to be in good health and spirits. She is comfortably settled at HRCA and she celebrated her 99th birthday last month!

Many thanks again for all your advice and help.

Dear Patty,

Just a little note for all your help in getting assistance for my father... you were always the voice of experience and reason. Thank you.

I commend Kathy Desmond for her extraordinary efforts in submitting an application to Medicare/Medicaid on my mother’s behalf. Kathy was efficient, knowledgeable, provided expert counsel and guidance, and was tireless in her efforts to collect documentation and ensure that every detail was in place.

As must be the case with many, there were familial complexities that were difficult for Medicare to understand by merely reviewing financial documentation. Kathy advised me to write letters to Medicare with a detailed narrative of the situation. I believe these letters put us “over the top” with Medicare. Also, I believe that without her experience and knowledge, we would not have received approval after the first application.

She is a gem, and I am grateful for her efforts on our behalf. Her work has ensured that my mother is well taken care of. Kathy has my many and sincere thanks!

Dear Ms. McCormack,

This is just a brief note to express my appreciation and admiration of Debi Young. My 95 year old Mother moved to Boston nine months ago from Connecticut to reside near me at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center. I knew at that time that her remaining assets would provide for about six months of care and understood that a complicated process awaited me to apply for Masshealth benefits. HRCA assigned mother's case to Debi Young. At the beginning of the process a staff member in the financial services area told me that I was in good hands - that Debbie was very experienced, and a real pro! How right they were.

I had kept meticulous financial records from the time my Father died but had no idea what would be required to compile all that was necessary for approval. Debi looked over all of our information and indicated whatever was missing or needed, always with confidence and clarity. She was responsive to all of my questions, with a wonderful demeanor. Last week we heard from the Division of Medical Assistance that Mother's application was approved. I feel so fortunate that Debi Young was my representative. In our last conversation I asked her to whom I could write to express my appreciation for all of her efforts and she gave me your name. All I can say is that she is terrific.
